Below, I outline a few of the exercises I use to turn heads at the beach, at the pool, and even at water parks!

In my opinion, these are some of the best ways to get six pack abs. 

  

I would like to note a word of caution here.  If your’e new to the gym, DON’T do these exercises with weight first. 

Get the motions down.  Connect the neural pathways first, and build a foundation before you add the weight.

Secondly, don’t try to do all of these in one day.  I do 2 or 3 of the 5 in one workout.  Sometimes, I only do one.  You decide.
