Sexy Tip #1. Focus on full body workouts.

You don’t really need set after set like the bodybuilding magazines prescribe.  The right kind of full body workouts will give you a hormone boost to burn the fat off your midsection.

Sexy Tip #2. Overload the muscles

A lot of ladies are afraid of overloading their muscles because they don’t want to get big.  Let me assure you that unless you’re taking “recreational substances” you won’t get huge like those bodybuilder ladies.

Your muscles won’t grow however unless you overload them.  But it needs to be the right kind of overload for your body, not for men.

Sexy Tip #3. Rapid movements

That boring elliptical has nothing on a fast paced workout.  This type of workout will do your body and your metabolism good, leaving you with that sexy shape that men crave.

Foods full of estrogen such as refined carbs and refined sugars will only make your problem worse.  I know that cheesecake is good, but you can’t just eat it whenever you like (yes, you can still eat it).
