Truth About Bodybuilding Supplements

I, like most of you have taken supplements at one point in time hoping against hope that the magic solution to my muscle growth was hidden under the lid.

Only to be sadly mistaken when I followed the instructions on the bottle, but never saw any difference in my physique.   I knew there had to be an explanation and I found one when I began follwing Vince.

After this video, I knew a few myths weren’t true…

1. It IS possible to gain 10, 20, or 30 lbs of muscle WITHOUT supplements

2. Supplements are not meant to replace a good nutritional diet

3. 90% of supplements don’t work because they are hocked full of crap

4. Supplements aren’t regulated by the FDA (that’s insane!)

5. NO bodybuilder got big by using these things – no matter what the magazines say

To put on pounds of muscle consistently, you need 4 things.

1. A good muscle building program

2. The right nutritional plan

3. Adequate rest

4. The right mindset
