A workout program without proper knowledge is like giving an AK-47 to 5 yr old. They’ll hurt someone with it.
The program is customizable to you and your goals. The healthy mass meal plans come in several calorie varieties and allow you to gain muscle at the pace you that you want to.
The meal plans were by far my favorite bonus. Without proper eating, you’ll get nowhere with a muscle building program.

Drawbacks
The kind of muscle building that Vince prescribes is called a “mass builder” program. Meaning you’ll get bigger, but your body fat will go up. You’ll have to cut later to see your six pack again. However, he does offer you the option of choosing “progressive gain” which allows you to stay lean all year. You just won’t see massive jumps really quickly. This is the plan I opted for since I didn’t want to lose sight of my six pack
It’s worked as I’ve managed to gain 15 lbs and keep my body fat below 10%.
Conclusion
This program did wonders for me and I’m not even done yet. I highly recommend it to anyone that is ready to take their body to the next level like I’ve done.
